Fruit Juice Process Plant—5 m.cu./hr  - Denizli Area— Turkiye

A small independent manufacturer of Fruit Juice wanted to improve the overall quality of his product range. So he called Mambran Teknoloji Ltd — Izmir, and they had a meeting shortly afterwards. It was decided to install a 5 m.cu./hr Juice processing unit, incorporating 10 off — Ultra Filtration Tubular Membranes, with some 51 m2 surface area, and utilizing the existing on site tanks to minimize the project costs.

Mambran Teknoloji then designed a unit to be easy to maintain, and one which could be integrated with the customers existing process equipment,

A further criteria was that the system could be upgraded at a future date as the business grew.

To this end Mambran Teknoloji Ltd designed a unit which would allow the system to be doubled in size without any increase in the footprint of the plant.

· Touch Screen Operator Interface

· Expandable to TWICE present capacity with minimal extra’s

· Inverta Controlled Service pump for maximum system flow control

· Turbidity meter with analogue output to give a visual display of performance

· Built in CIP
