    Quality Plant for Quality Systems

2 x 40 m.cu/hr Drinking water membrane systems (UK)

A Bottled water Company was developing a new water bottling Plant, and originally were going to follow the traditional Soft Drink Process—MMF/De-alk/Carbon Filter system. Two problems arose with this method was

1) Severe Shortage of Space

2)          An Effluent Treatment was needed for Acid Waste

The problem was solved when they called WSC Ltd, and after a meeting and studying the factory layout, it was decided that a Skid Mounted Reverse Osmosis and UF membrane Blend Plant would solve both problems in one go.. And the water quality would be far more stable than any other process.

The complete system was

2 x 500 m.cu. Storage tanks,

2 x 50 m3/hr RO / UF Blend Plants

3 x Service Pumps with Inverta PID loop for stable Water Pressure at variable flow rates

2 x UV Steraliser Units
